Is 2025 really wrapping up already? It’s been a year of expansion for beyond and we’ve continued to build upon the successes of the last few years by innovating our workspaces to support companies and teams of all sizes.
From new locations to events that brought everyone closer together, the past twelve months were full, lively, and packed with moments that have made our flexible workspaces come alive.
Here’s a look at everything that shaped our world this year, and a glimpse of what’s to come in 2026.
Our spaces were buzzing this year. Growing from 2.750 to 4.590 members across our locations, we knew we needed to pull out all the stops to keep up. Across every beyond space, we hosted pop-ups, gatherings, and celebrations that helped our members connect in the moments between meetings and deadlines.
We had a lot on the menu for food and drink lovers this year. We served “back to the office” pizza parties at beyond Fox Court, marked National Guacamole Day at beyond The Bower, ate classic British snacks at beyond Aldgate Tower, and brought a mid-day matcha pick-me-up to members with the help of PerfectTed. Wellness breakfasts also became a regular feature in several of our spaces, and beyond Fox Court even welcomed a brand-new beer tap.
Celebrations rolled on through the year. Pride month set the tone for summer, Mental Health Awareness Week created space for open conversations, and Black History Month brought flavours and stories from across our community; from Nigerian street-food lunches at beyond Aldgate Tower, courtesy of 2 Nigerian Boys, to Caribbean classics at beyond The Bower, and appreciation cupcakes at beyond Kingsbourne House.
Little Friday gatherings at beyond Gouden Bocht, Neighbour Day at beyond Republica Campus, and Halloween events across all our locations kept the momentum going throughout the year. Even World Emoji Day made an appearance, with an emoji-themed treasure hunt at beyond Quartier Heidestrasse.
We also welcomed 22 new faces to the beyond team, hosted Bring Your Bestie to Work Day, and crowned Luna, of beyond The Bower, as the unofficial cutest dog.
Thanks to our partnerships with local businesses and services, members enjoyed a few extra perks along the way too. Standouts included floating-office canal boat meetings in Amsterdam, end-of-month Monday massages, hotel perks, and discounts on local social spots. And to top it all off, we launched our referral programme, giving members a chance to share the beyond experience, and earn rewards while they do it.
Our calendar was busy in all the best ways. Across the beyond network, our spaces became hubs for conversations as we welcomed speakers, innovators, and teams from across Europe:
Our long-running partnership with Synthwave Solutions continued to thrive too, with our live-streamed AI workshops broadcasting straight from beyond Republica Campus. We also partnered with financial experts re:cap, to offer our members 15% off for the first six months of using its software products.
This year brought a wave of openings, milestones, and long-awaited reveals across the beyond workspaces, going from five to nine locations in the span of a single year.
Our London community kicked things off with two birthdays: beyond Aldgate Tower turned three, and beyond The Bower celebrated its second year, just in time for the debut of its much-anticipated terrace, now open for members to enjoy whenever the sun decides to show up.
Amsterdam welcomed beyond Gouden Bocht, our third location in the city, with a grand opening in early February. Not long after, Berlin opened the doors to its very first location, beyond Quartier Heidestrasse, followed later in the year by our second Berlin home, beyond Chausseestraße. Both spaces quickly became favourites, especially with the launch of beyond Quartier Heidestrasse’s rooftop, which was unveiled at a summer gathering that drew more than 150 guests.
The next phase of beyond Republica Campus opened in April with an additional 50 workstations inside “The Hotel,” and by August we cut the ribbon on beyond Fox Court in London – our largest workspace to date, spanning nine floors and offering over 1,700 workstations plus its own private garden.
And there’s plenty more ahead. Our expansion plan is stepping onto a brand-new continent, with openings scheduled across the US and Canada: San Francisco, Austin, New York, and Toronto in 2026.
2025 was an incredible year. It brought growth, creativity, and connection in equal measure. As we look toward 2026, the beyond journey continues with new openings, new ideas, and lots of new moments for our members to shape together.
